Team Overview
The Psychos are the women's ultimate frisbee team at UCSD. We play at the most competitive tournaments around the country, including the Stanford Invite, Centex in Austin, Texas, and Pres Day which we host during (you guessed it) Presidents' Day weekend. Each year we compete in the Southwest Regionals tournament in which six of the top teams in the country (UCSD, UCLA, UCSB, Colorado, Arizona, and Claremont) compete for 2 or 3 bids at Nationals. Last year, the Psychos qualified for Nationals in Columbus, Ohio for the first time in 3 years, finishing 9th out of 16 teams. This year, the Psychos will try to use their experience gained from last year to return to Nationals and bring a championship back to UCSD.
