The Women’s Ultimate team played in their first preseason tournament on Sunday at UCLA. The team split into two equal squads in an attempt to give their rookies plenty of game experience. The format of the tournament was round robin, with each team playing four games. Both teams ended the day with 3-1 records, feeling more confident with the season’s prospects than they did before the tournament.
