In an uplifting victory, the Tritons sent the anteaters back home with an L added to their record. Within the first few minutes, control of the game was clearly held by the women tritons and maintained throughout the game. Half way through the first half, Amy Triano finished a cross to put UCSD up 1. Again, just before the first half ended, a corner cross from Jenni Lundergan finished by Chelsea Haubasser off a beautiful header. With the 2 goals on offense and defense holding strong led by Tori Bell at sweeper and Ali Hitch at stopper, the tritons finish the last game before regionals in a definite victory.
